Internship Overview
Crafting Seamless Brand Experiences
During my summer 2024 UI/UX design internship at Gamania’s Branding Center, I worked on impactful projects that shaped my design skills. I collaborated closely with the team to develop sitemaps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for the &Me website. The goal of this project was to build a comprehensive website for all Gamania Group employees and subsidiaries, accessible both online and on mobile devices.
In addition, I contributed to refining the user interface for Gamania’s Cheer Up Foundation website, creating a more intuitive and user-friendly experience. These projects taught me the importance of balancing functionality with aesthetics, while maintaining consistency with Gamania’s brand identity.

My Impacts
&Me Project
The &Me website was created to provide all Gamania Group employees and subsidiaries with a comprehensive, easily accessible platform. Its primary goal was to centralize brand resources, allowing employees to efficiently access the materials they need, while minimizing the time spent searching or navigating lengthy processes and back-and-forth emails.
I collaborated closely with my coworkers to assist in developing the overall structure of the &Me platform. One of my key responsibilities was designing the &Me Download and &Me Brand Goods subpages. For each page, I began by creating a comprehensive site map, outlining the key elements and content that should be included to ensure a smooth user experience. To gain a deeper understanding of how the download page interacted with other departments, I also developed a process map, which helped clarify the relationships and dependencies involved.
Once the structure was set, I focused on creating the user flow, mapping out the steps users would take to navigate through the subpages. This process helped ensure the design was intuitive and truly meet user needs. From there, I developed low-fidelity prototypes to explore various design solutions and gather early feedback. After testing and refining the initial designs, I proceeded to create high-fidelity prototypes, incorporating more detailed visuals and interactions to bring the final design closer to implementation.
Gamania Cheer Up Foundation
While redesigning the Gamania Cheer Up Foundation website, I focused on simplifying the homepage by removing unnecessary content and highlighting key information and recent events. I also updated the footer details and streamlined the navigation bar by cutting out redundant sections. Throughout the site, I worked on improving the text hierarchy and alignment to make it more readable and consistent. For instance, I made sure the layout was uniform and adjusted the visual hierarchy for better flow. In the event sections, I reorganized the content to create a more intuitive and engaging experience for users. My goal was to make the website cleaner, clearer, and easier to navigate.
Final Takeaways
What I’ve Learned…
Throughout the internship, I recognized the pivotal role of effective communication and responsiveness in the design process. Learning to integrate user-centered design principles not only improved the website's functionality but also heightened my appreciation for the iterative nature of design. This experience underscored the importance of collaboration and adaptability in delivering a product that resonates with users.
